Ride rescued horses through 400 acres of private jungle between Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos, choosing a Classic, private or Deluxe experience, with gourmet picnics available on selected options.
The Experience
Between Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos, a 400-acre private jungle provides the setting for rides on rescued horses, many of which arrived after neglect or difficult circumstances. Narrow forest paths, dense vegetation and natural limestone features make this a different outing from the region’s beach rides.
The Classic experience includes a guided ride and refreshments, with morning coffee, tea or juice and pastries, or afternoon beer or wine and light snacks. Private and Deluxe options offer additional arrangements, including gourmet picnics with choices such as wine and cheese, strawberries and sparkling wine, or a vegan menu, depending on the option selected.
Allow approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours for the selected experience, with about 1.5 hours in the saddle on the standard ride. Beginners and experienced riders are welcome, and pace depends on ability and trail conditions; the stated limits are ages 8–64, a maximum weight of 90 kg / 200 lb and a BMI below 30.
