The Experience

From Campitello di Fassa, near the Col Rodella cableway, these rides explore the valley, forests and mountain trails of the Dolomites on horses from a stable founded around rescue and rehabilitation. The choice of route matters here: a short first ride and a full day in the mountains ask different things of a rider.

Beginners can choose a relaxed one-hour valley ride at walking pace, while longer excursions may include trotting and galloping for confident riders where conditions permit. Half-day outings last around four hours and can include a picnic, while full-day experiences of approximately six to seven hours include lunch; private rides and a romantic option with a wine stop are also available.

A helmet, insurance as specified in the booking terms and photographs taken during the excursion are included. Riders are asked not to use phones or cameras while riding for insurance reasons, so tell us about your experience and preferred duration when choosing the route.
