The Experience
Around Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, these guided rides follow marshland and open countryside on Camargue horses, with reed beds, salt marshes and opportunities to look for flamingos, herons and other wildlife. Shorter outings remain in the marshland, while rides of two hours or more can include a beach-and-marshland route.
Options last from one to four hours, and the pace is chosen according to the route, conditions and rider confidence, with faster sections possible only when appropriate. Beginners and returning riders can choose a suitable option with the team, with groups of up to ten and a helmet, basic equipment and briefing included.
The minimum age is six and the maximum rider weight is 100 kg / 220 lb. Transport is not available, and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, so tell us your experience and preferred duration before booking.
